• How do I book?

  You can contact us directly by email welcome@mintstays.co.uk. Direct booking payments can be made via bank transfer.

• What deposit do I pay?

  A damage deposit of £500 is only required for bookings at The Old Crescent Bakery property – note that all other properties and apartments do not require a deposit.

  The damage deposit for The Old Crescent Bakery must be paid ahead of your arrival. This will be held by our deposit scheme administrators who are Government approved. The property charge this 7 days before arrival and will be collected via bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days after you check out in full subject to a property inspection. Charges are only taken from the deposit in the unlikely event that damages occur to the property as per our terms and conditions.

• What are your terms and conditions?

• How close to the city centre is the property?

  Our apartments are located close to transport links for great access to central Bristol, neighbouring Bath and South Gloucestershire.

• What is the property address/postcode?

  We will send you the apartment address and postcode details with your booking confirmation.

• Do you provide parking?

  The Fern Apartments has several on-site parking spaces allocated on a first come first served basis. Please ask the team about parking via welcome@mintstays.co.uk

  Note: From Bristol Temple Meads train station or Bristol Parkway train station to all apartments it is a 25 minute taxi ride costing approximately £30.

• Can I put decorations up in the property?

  Sensible decorations can be put up inside the property as long as they do not damage any paint/plaster/furnishings. Please do not use sticky tape on the walls.

• What time is check in?

  From 4pm onwards unless by prior arrangement.

• How do I get my keys to the property?

  There are no keys for the property; entry is gained via a security code, which is entered at the front door/s. This code will be sent to you ahead of your arrival provided we have your security deposit.

• What do you provide in the property? What do I need to bring?

  Our properties are all self-catering and therefore do not contain any food except tea, coffee, sugar, milk and other kitchen essentials e.g. salt & pepper.
  The kitchen is also equipped with basic culinary pots/utensils and glasses/wine glasses, champagne flutes, crockery and cutlery. Dishwasher tablets, cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid and other basic cleaning products are also provided.

  If you want something very specific to use/cook with during your stay, then please do bring it along with you just in case there isn’t one stocked in the property.

  We provide each guest with their own bath towel along with bed linen, hand towels, toilet roll and complimentary use of the Faith in Nature toiletries in the bathrooms.

  All of our properties have hairdryers, ironing facilities, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, washer/dryer machines and televisions with access to Netflix.

• What time is check out?

  10.00am.

• What do I need to do before I leave the property?
  • Please tidy up the property and leave it as you found it.
  • Bag rubbish and recycling separately.
  • Load dishwasher and strip bed linen.
• Can I check in earlier or out later?

  Yes, early check-in (2pm) and/or late check-out (12pm) can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability. Please contact our team to arrange these.
